CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS
In consideration of our other clients and our stylists, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. A 50% fee of service will be charged with less than 24 hours notice or a NO SHOW.
COVID-19
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our cancellation policy has been revised and we will accept cancellations up to three hours prior to an appointment. If you are not feeling well, or have a fever please contact the salon and we will re-schedule your appointment.
